Game Overview
This Won’t End Like This is a narrative-driven action game set in a corrupt city. The story follows a young woman trying to support and protect her family when an encounter with the son of a powerful drug dealer pulls her into a much more dangerous situation.
Her problems are not limited to conversations. The game includes physical self-defense sequences and tense confrontations where the situation can change quickly. Choices also play a role in how events develop, putting the protagonist in situations where the consequences can affect her chances of getting through what follows.
Family, Conflict, and Choices
The central conflict involves the protagonist’s efforts to protect her brother and father while dealing with people connected to the city’s criminal underworld. As these encounters escalate, relationships between the main characters and underworld figures become increasingly important to the direction of the story.
